What should I do, if the product was broken, when I receive it? Who compensate for the loss or broken product?
Before sending the product to you, we make sure every product is in good condition. Please check the package before you sign off for it. If the product is not in good condition, please don`t sign for. Then ask some certification ( such as pictures of the damaged goods ) from express company, and contact us immediately. We will contact the expressman, and deal with it. We are not responsible for lost items, content damaged goods, after ?you¡¯ve signed off for them.
